Mr. Mahesh M. Patil

Mr. Mahesh M. Patil, is the first generation entrepreneur from the Patil family. A dynamic and multi-faceted individual, Mr. Mahesh is a qualified Diploma in Civil Engineering. Bearing strong entrepreneurial aspirations and ambitious nature. Mr. Mahesh had joined Laxmi Constructions the business of real estate, with a very modest approach. In the last 27 years since his establishing the company, it has grown to over 22+ projects conglomerate; with more than 2 ongoing projects. The group spread its roots from Karad to other parts of Maharashtra like Satara, Kolhapur, Vaduj etc. He is also an active member of the founder member of CREDAI KARAD (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India), since 2013. He was President of CREDAI KARAD period 2021-23. Mr. Mahesh is CO-Conveyer of CREDAI Maharashtra for the period of 2025-27. His strength has always been Civil engineering, Land acquisition, Legal arms, Sales & Marketing which are the backbone of any business more so real estate Under his able leadership the company has been able to deliver more than 2,14,790.00 sq. ft. in over two decades of starting a business.
